Having secured a place in the Semi Final with a 1-0 victory over Ashdod last night, Maccabi were drawn against the winner between Maccabi Haifa and Hapoel Afula at the IFA Headquarters today (Thursday).
Five clubs entered the draw for the Semi Finals that will be played at Bloomfield stadium between May 11th – May 12th. In the match which concluded the Quarter Finals Maccabi Haifa beat second division side Hapoel Afula 4-1 at Sammy Offer to secure the fourth and final Semi Final place.
Second division side Beitar Tel Aviv Bat Yam that beat Bnei Sachnin 4-0 last night – will compete with Hapoel Tel Aviv for a place in the State Cup final.
State Cup Semi Finals:
May 11th, Tuesday – Hapoel Tel Aviv vs Beitar Tel Aviv Bat Yam (Bloomfield, 20:30)
May 12th, Wednesday – Maccabi Haifa vs Maccabi Tel Aviv (Bloomfield, 20:30)
