Daniel Peretz spoke of the team’s condition ahead of Monday’s league match away to Maccabi Petah Tikva: “We are fully aware of our condition, which is far from bright and we are expecting a lot more of ourselves”.
The 21-year-old keeper who was an ever present in the league yet conceded 19 goals so far this season said: “The situation hurts the players and we are doing everything we can in order to change it. We are are working hard and practising the new ideas we are already implementing now”.
When asked about the targets the team still has this season, Peretz replied: “We are not looking too far ahead but setting our sights on a game by game basis. Our forthcoming match against Maccabi Petah tikva is the most important one for us, and this is what we are focused on. After that, we will focus on our next game and so on”
