At Sunday's home tie against Beitar Jerusalem, Maccabi Tel Aviv fans have a double sport surprise in store – football and basketball
Special fan activities at Maccabi Tel Aviv's home games, "Every Match is an Experience", continue to grow and diversify. Next up is Sunday's home tie against Beitar Jerusalem (8.50 P.M.) and MTA fans will have yet another opportunity to join in on activities that combine their favourite sports. Last time out it was football and snooker. This time it's your turn to have a go at combining football and basketball. Four stands situated outside gates 2, 10-11, 8 and 7 will be equipped with basketball nets and it will be up to you, our fans, to score baskets either by kicking or heading the ball in.
Every participant who scores a basket will receive a coupon for a 20% discount at the Official Maccabi Tel Aviv Shop. But if you miss, not to worry! We would never send any of our fans away empty handed, so you too will receive a coupon, for a 10% discount. The stands will be open before the start of the match and after it finishes, but if you want to try your luck beforehand we recommend that you should arrive at the stadium with plenty of time to spare.
