Maccabi record their Championship song

Seventeen years after they recorded the championship song "Yellow is on the rise and that's Maccabi", the Israeli pop group "Ethnix" and Maccabi Tel Aviv reunited to record the new championship song. The new song was written by Didi Harrari and performed by "Ethnix" lead singer Ze'ev Nechama together with the rapper "Izzi". Once the players had all put the words of the new song to memory, and Maccabi's Swedish striker Rade Prica had learned the Hebrew word for yellow (tsahov), all was ready to record the official Maccabi Tel Aviv Championship video clip, which will soon be appearing here on the official website and on the club's social networks. The foreign players provided the "Latin flair" by breaking out in a dance in the studio, the local players took charge of the "exhilaration" and even the professional staff got carried away by the enthusiasm. The official clip will also be shown on a gigantic screen on Saturday night when the official Championship celebrations start following Maccabi Tel Aviv's match at 5 P.M. against Ironi Kiryat Shmona at Bloomfield Stadium.
