This coming season the nation's champions will be wearing a match day kit designed by the Italian sports fashion house 'Macron'. Sales of the yellow home jersey will begin on Friday at noon.
With the start of training for the new season imminent, Maccabi Tel Aviv Football Club today reveal their new official team kit from sports fashion designers 'Macron', which will be worn by the team throughout the 2013/14 season. Maccabi Tel Aviv join the highly respectable list of clubs wearing this Italian sports fashion, among them the Italian clubs Lazio and Napoli, the Spanish clubs Mallorca and Real Betis, the English club Aston Villa and the prestigious French club Monaco. The yellow home jersey is already on sale at the official Maccabi Tel Aviv shop at the Kiryat Shalom training grounds and at Maccabi's on-line shop.
As every season, the home kit will consist of the traditional yellow colour with blue trimming, but this season with the addition of a fourth star above the club's emblem symbolising the 20th championship in the club's history. Maccabi Tel Aviv fans will also be able to acquire the team's blue away kit, and shortly, a third matchday kit in white. The matchday kit is made of synthetic fibres of absorbent, elastic and ventilating quality for the maximum comfort of the player. The kit's unique composition enables players to focus on the game and provides comfort courtesy of a mesh that ventilates in strategic places, a light and absorbent fabric that keeps chafing to a minimum and ensures that players will perform at their best.
Maccabi Tel Aviv fans will be able to purchase their jerseys at the same price, N.I.S. 199, as last season. This year, for the very first time, all the jerseys on sale at the shop at Kiryat Shalom and at the official on-line shop will be identical to the original jerseys worn by the players themselves, both in terms of the logo and the quality of the material.
