Maccabi Tel Aviv sports director Jordi Cruyff spoke with the Youth Division professional staff at a special meeting of the Division's coaches
As part of the ongoing contact between the senior team and the Youth Division, Maccabi Tel Aviv sports director Jordi Cruyff today attended a meeting of the Youth Division's head coaches. Also in attendance were the Youth Division's director of football Nir Levin, Youth Division manager Ariel Avram and all the members of the division's professional staff, including head coaches, assistant coaches, goalkeeping coaches and physical fitness trainers. During the meeting, Cruyff focused on professional matters, the relationship between the senior squad and the Youth Division and the need and means to nurture young players. After addressing the gathering, Cruyff patiently answered any and all questions posed by members of the Youth Division staff, both of a professional or a general nature.
