This morning was the fourth day for the Maccabi Tel Aviv squad at their Austrian training camp. Tomorrow the team will play their second pre-season friendly against Austrian Bundesliga side SC Wiener Neustadt. Before this morning's practice, Australian international winger Nikita Rukavytsya passed a medical at the local infirmary and proceeded to join the rest of the team for the training. Heavy rains that fell throughout the night and early morning made the practise pitch unsuitable, so the training was moved indoors. The second part of that training consisted of a footballtennis tournament covering two whole courts, won by the group of wingers Tal Ben Haim and Omri Altman, defenders Carlos Garcia and Yuval Shpungin, goalkeeper Barak Levi and striker Rade Prica.
