Next week Maccabi will host either Hapoel Petach Tikva or Beitar Jerusalem in the "Toto" Cup quarter finals

In a draw for the quarter finals of the "Toto" (League) Cup, held this morning at the headquarters of the Israeli Football Association, Maccabi Tel Aviv were drawn against either Hapoel Petach Tikva or Beitar Jerusalem of group 3. The final qualifier from that group will only be determined after Saturday's final group fixture, a home encounter for Hapoel Petach Tikva against Ashdod FC. A win or a draw will promote the home side, while a loss will send Beitar Jerusalem through to face Maccabi Tel Aviv.

The "Toto" Cup quarter finals are a knock-out round played over two legs. Maccabi Tel Aviv will host the first leg on Tuesday or Wednesday, September 9th or 10th. The date of the return leg has yet to be determined. The aggregate winner will advance to the semi-finals, also a knock-out round but with one encounter played at a neutral venue.
