Maccabi stars Barak Itzhaki and Juan Pablo helped celebrate Hanukkah at the official Maccabi Tel Aviv shop
Today (Sunday), Maccabi Tel Aviv's official shop at 147 Dizengoff St. Tel Aviv was bursting with fans coming to greet two of the Israeli champions' most prominent stars, striker Barak Itzhaki and Spanish goalkeeper Juan Pablo. The pair came to the shop to celebrate the Jewish festival of Hanukkah and to greet the many dozens of young fans on school holiday who made it a point of coming to the shop for that very purpose. The two players patiently handed out their autographs to all comers, had their photographs taken with whoever so desired, signed the young fans' matchday jerseys and lest we forget – the now famous "selfie" that has captured the imagination of fan and celebrity alike.
