Maccabi's Youth Division collected gifts for children at the "Schneider" Children's Hospital in Petach Tikva
Maccabi Tel Aviv's Youth Division continued this month with their programme of community service with a visit to the "Schneider" Children's Hospital in Petach Tikva, after having visited Jerusalem's "Virtual" Centre and Tel Aviv's Shapira Community Centre in December. "Schneider" Children's Hospital is Israel's largest facility offering the widest range of paediatric services in the country. The visit, for the purpose of distributing gifts to the hospital's children, was conducted by Under-19 goalkeeper Haviv Ohayon and Maccabi Tel Aviv Youth Division educational consultant Chen Abdu. The gifts themselves were collected by the Youth Division and included things children love like board games and all kinds of new toys. The gifts were all stored away together and so will be available to as many of the children as is possible.
