For head coach Ziv Arie's Under-19s it's six straight wins and counting, plus a nine-point lead at the top of the national U19 Premier League table. This week's opponent in matchweek 18 are Hapoel Haifa, who will welcome Maccabi at their Kiryat Haim training ground for a midday kick-off that will be broadcast live on Israeli sports channel 55. Will they be team to halt the Maccabi Tel Aviv "Shachar" title-bound juggernaut? Another Youth Division team enjoying an outstanding season are Maccabi Tel Aviv "Oded", the club's Under-17s. Head coach Eliezer Ben Aharon's in-form squad will be looking to register their fifth consecutive victory when they host municipal archrivals Hapoel Tel Aviv for an intriguing derby in the early kick-off at the Kiryat Shalom training ground at 8.30am.
Amidst a weekend of league encounters one team, Maccabi Tel Aviv "Eli Fuchs", the club's Under-16s, will head to the nation's capital for an 8.30am fourth round State Cup tie against Beitar Jerusalem on their "Bayit VeGan" artificial pitch. Coincidently Maccabi's Under-14 Team North will also be facing opposition from their counterparts at Hapoel Hadera, but they'll do it as hosts at Kiryat Shalom at 10.20am. The Under-14 Team South will travel the short distance to municipal neighbours Bnei Yehuda for a "little" derby at 8.30am, as will the club's Under-13 Team North, only a day earlier on Friday at 3pm. Finally, Maccabi's Under-13 Team South will welcome Ashdod FC on the artificial pitch at Kiryat Shalom on Saturday at 12.10pm.
