Maccabi Tel Aviv players met with children from the Education for Excellence foundation
Maccabi Tel Aviv players met with children from the Education for Excellence foundation as part of the team’s community service initiative.
The players were on their way back from Kiryat Gat after meeting their new sponsor, HP and stopped to visit the children from Education for Excellence. At the end of the visit the players handed out gift packages that were provided by “Winner”.
Education for Excellence foundation was formed in 1999 and runs more than 30 unique learning centers across the country. The foundation hosts more than 2,000 children 600 scholarship students who function as role models. Children from the foundation visit Kiryat Shalom every other week to train with the junior teams
