LETTER UNITED

"Dear Martin and Sheran,

I understand that Tel Aviv FC is now entering into a partnership with UNICEF and as such I am pleased to welcome you to the family of clubs that hold a relationship with UNICEF.

We have been working with UNICEF since 1999 and in this time United for UNICEF has impacted on the lives of more than 3.4 million children. Over the past 15 years the world has changed a lot but the knowledge that some of the children who have been supported by the partnership have survived and thrived; are now healthy, economically independent adults, parents themselves raising the next generation is a legacy that we are hugely proud of. Partnering with UNIFCEF does not just deliver immediate impact but helps to positively influence and change the future of those communities we have supported.

Manchester United has fans around the world and through our partnership with UNICEF we have supported vulnerable children in many of the countries where our fans live. We are currently working closely with UNICEF on a child protection program in Vietnam and I will be flying out later in the year to spend a week with UNICEF staff on the ground, to help the development of a football and life skills component which will help engagement within the local community.

I look forward to hearing more about your involvement with UNICEF as the partnership develops and Sheran, we looking forward to hearing how you and your teammates get involved in the great work that UNICEF do through your partnership with them.

Yours sincerely

John Shiels

Chief Executive"
