The 2014/15 season is coming to its home stretch as only three fixtures remain until the end of the season. Maccabi Tel Aviv will play a critical match on Sunday that can theoretically guaranty their third consecutive championship.
To make this amazing achievement, they will have to take on Ironi Kiryat Shmona at Bloomfield Stadium in front of the home crowd.

Coach Pako Ayestaran spoke about the match and the changes in the coaching positions of Maccabi’s rivals: “I don’t know the reasons for the change, and I have other things to worry about. I don’t think it will affect the final because players need to play their best every game. Now is the time that we can end up with all the trophies or none. We are in the right direction, but sometimes you can be very close to the summit and end up not reaching it. We will find the solutions for the players that are missing. I don’t feel the players are nervous. All season they were professional and nothing changed. It is true it has been a long season, but now everybody has to step up their game. As a coach I’m here to make decisions and the players need to be ready to play at the top of their game".
