After lifting the State and Toto Cups, it is time to lift the final piece of silverware- the championship plate.
Maccabi Tel Aviv will host Maccabi Petah Tikva (Monday, 8:55pm) for the last match of the 2014/15 season. At the end of the game the team will receive its Championship Plate and will celebrate the historical treble with the supporters.
Here is tonight’s agenda:
Bloomfield’s doors will open two hours before kick off and the stadium will be colored in yellow for the festive event. In addition, there will be three sales points around the stadium where fans can purchase personalized match jerseys and a special edition T-shirt to commemorate the treble. The Israeli Football League will give away beach balls for fans to enjoy during the off-season.
Two special ceremonies will take place before the game. The first one will be a farewell ceremony for our captain, Sheran Yeini. We prepared a special clip and we recommend watching it on the video boards.
The Football League will host the next ceremony in which Eran Zahavi will receive the Player of the Season award.
The real festivities are scheduled for after the game. The players will clear the field for a short period, during which we will play your choice of the ten best goals of the season and a short clip to review the historical year. A laser and pyrotechnic show will transform Bloomfield Stadium into a party venue.
The celebrations will go on until midnight.
Remember to arrive in a festive mood, we will take care of the rest.
