The Under-17 club played Netanya in an Israel State Cup clash that was decided on penalties after no one could break the 1:1 deadlock following 90 minutes plus extra time. The young Yellow-and-Blue were able to win the penalty shoot out to advance to the next round.
Hapoel “Yoram” Rishon Le’Zion 2:1 Maccabi “Eli Fuchs” Tel Aviv
Eliezer Ben Aharon and Gady Brumer’s team faced their counterpart from Rishon Le’Zion in State Cup action. Bar Levy scored for the Yellow-and-Blue in the fifth minute, however Rishon would tie it up on a 14th minute goal by Ori Uzan. The match remained even at 1:1 and went to extra time where Gil Rachimi scored in the 95th minute to send his side to the next round of the tournament.

In another State Cup match, Erez Belfer’s charges won at home and advanced to the next round of the competition.

Ran Elias’s crew also made it past their State Cup opponent, defeating the southern club to make it to the next round of the tourney.
