Maccabi Tel Aviv FC thanks Gal Alberman for his 7 years of hard work and significant contribution to the Club’s success.
Mitch Goldhar stated: “From his first day at the Club, Gal was a true professional who trained and played with all his heart as well as setting an example for his fellow players. He played a major role in the Club’s achievements over the years and for which I will always be grateful. Gal Alberman arrived at Maccabi during the summer of 2010 after two seasons at German Bundesliga outfit Borussia Mönchengladbach. The midfielder played 7 seasons for Maccabi and was a fixture in the Yellow & Blue lineup helping the club to three straight championships beginning in 2012/13. Number 6 also served as Captain and added a State Cup along with a Toto Cup to his trophy case.
Alberman made 312 appearances for Maccabi Tel Aviv across all competitions while also participating in the 2015/16 Champions League Group Stages as well as the 2013/14 & 2016/17 Europa League. Over the course of his time with the Yellow & Blue, Alberman scored 10 goals while assisting on 7 others.
