While the Club is at their Austrian Training Camp, representatives will be in Nyon at the Europa League Qualifying Round Draw that will take place at 14:00 (Live coverage on the Official Website and App).
Maccabi will begin their European campaign in the first round of qualifying and will be ranked (23.375 points, first amongst the ranked teams) all the way through qualification and most probably the playoff round due to their recent performances including playing in the Europa League Group Stage last season along with advancing to the Champions League Group Stage two seasons ago.
The first leg will take place on June 29th while the return contest will be one week later on July 6th. There will 100 clubs in the first round draw with half not being ranked. A few hours before the draw, the Clubs will be split up into groups of ranked and unranked teams narrowing down the options of who the Yellow & Blue will face.
Who can Maccabi expect to play in the first round?
Clubs that Maccabi may face include Irtysh Pavlodar of Kazakhstan, Siroki Brijeg from Bosnia, Partizani Tirana of Albania, Irish outfit Shamrock Rovers as well as last seaon;s opponent Gorica from Slovenia.

Other Clubs that Maccabi may draw: Cork City from Ireland, Santa Coloma of Andorra along with Prishtina from Kosovo.
Who will be the potential second round opponent?
Immediately following the first round draw the identity of the potential second round opponents will be known and Maccabi will be ranked in this round as well. The first leg will take place on July 13th while the return leg will be played on July 20th.
Some of the clubs that the Yellow & Blue may play in the second round are, Glasgow Rangers from Scotland along with Kairat Almaty, Zeljeznicar from Bosnia, Valletta of Malta (Maccabi’s first opponent in European competition) and Vaduz from Lithuania.
The draw for the third round of qualifying will take place on July 14th following the first leg of the second round.
