Eliel Peretz signed a one-year-long contract extension which will keep him at Maccabi Tel Aviv until the end of the 2019/20 season. The 20-year Israel Under 21 international has joined Bnei Yehuda on a season long loan deal after an agreement was reached between the two clubs.
Maccabi’s coach Jordi Cruyff told the club’s official website: “”Eliel is young player we expect a lot from which is one of the reasons why we accepted his request to go on loan and play on a more regular basis. We believe that a year on loan could benefit both Maccabi and Eliel in the short and long run”.
Peretz, added: “I am delighted to have extended my contract at Maccabi. I am leaving for one season in order to grow stronger, gain some minutes and prove myself so that I return a stronger player next summer. I wish Maccabi Tel Aviv all the best of luck in the coming season and hope they reach their targets”.
