The cooperation between the Maccabi Tel Aviv FC Foundation and Etgarim continued this past Saturday right before the start of the match against Bnei Sakhnin as striker Chico Ofoedu presented a medallion to Yuval Peri.
Yuval is wonderful individual we special needs. He has been a member of Etgarim for four years and participates in long distance running, his favorite being the 10km run. Yuval recently participated in the Israel Championships for 10km and set a personal best record. In addition, Yuval takes part in the sailing team and has done so for the past 3 years. He is part of the Maccabi Youth Organization and has begun volunteering as an assistant sports teacher at the Misgav High School. He is also the president of the student council at his school as well.

Etgarim is dedicated to enabling children, youth and adults with disabilities to realize their potential, to expand their abilities in all areas of life and to integrate them into the community through outdoor sports. Etgarim was awarded a degree in effectiveness and social contribution and an honorary doctorate from Bar-Ilan University.
