Where does Maccabi rank among Europe’s big clubs?
After 15 Matchdays, Maccabi has opened up a 13-point lead over second place. Ivic’s squad has collected 39 of 45 possible points which translates to an 86% success rate, but a quick look at some of the European leagues show us that the Yellow & Blue still have a way to go. Liverpool enters Matchday 19 and have an 88% success rate, PSG in France are at 92%, PSV in Holland sit at 94% while Juventus in Italy have a 96% success rate! Barcelona in Spain are at 72% and Dortmund in Germany have an 82% success rate.
We also took a look at some of the other leagues. In Austria Salzburg are at 88%, PAOK is at 90% and Slavia Prague have an 86% success rate. Dinamo Zagreb in Croatia are at 83% while in Belgium Genk sit at 75%. What’s going on in Switzerland? Young Boys are the team to beat with a 90% success rate after 18 Matchdays and hold a 19 point lead over Basel.
