Tuesday January 8: Transfer Window Opens
The transfer window will open on January 8 and other than whats happening on the pitch the transfer market will add another element of action. Maccabi has already strengthened the team by adding Serbian midfielder Uros Nikolic who already landed in Israel and began training with his new teammates.

The Tel Aviv Derby Take 2. Maccabi will look to take home their first League Derby victory after the first match against Hapoel Tel Aviv ended in a 0:0 draw.
Thursday January 17: Maccabi Tel Aviv – Hapoel Acre, 19:00 Netanya Stadium – State Cup Round of 16
Vladimir Ivic’s squad will continue their State Cup journey with a Round of 16 against the Leumit side who already knocked out Hapoel Haifa, the defending Cup holder.
Monday January 21: Maccabi Tel Aviv – Beitar Jerusalem, 21:00 Netanya Stadium
The busy schedule continues with a contest against the capital city side whom they met in December in the State Cup Round of 32. Yonatan Cohen scored the dramatic winner in the match at Teddy Stadium that helped Maccabi advance to the State Cup Round of 16.
January 24-26: International Youth Tournament
For the second year straight year, the Youth Academy will be holding an International Youth Tournament at the PenguinPickUp Training Ground at Kiryat Shalom. Last season, Maccabi “Shachar” took home the title and Guy Tzarfati’s side will look to defend it against the likes of Crystal Palace from England, Maccabi Haifa, Hapoel Beer Sheva and Beitar Jerusalem.
Monday January 28: Hapoel Hadera – Maccabi Tel Aviv, 21:00 Netanya Stadium
The Yellow & Blue will close out the month of January with another Match of the Week when they visit Hapoel Hadera. In the first round, Maccabi recorded a 4:0 win.
