Yonatan Cohen, the Maccabi Tel Aviv goal scorer in the 1:1 draw at Maccabi Haifa reflected on the match and also spoke about the season about to come to an end:
“I feel that I am in good shape, it’s too bad the season is almost over. I was happy to score but unfortunately we ended the match in a draw. Now it’s on to the next game.”
Paying the price:
“If we would have been a bit more organized at the end of the match we could have walked out of here with 3 points but overall we have played very well this season. We may have taken our foot off of the gas in the second half and we paid a price for that.”
Always wanting to win:
“Just like every match this season we always go into every stadium to win and you can see that on the field of play.”
Next Season:
“We still have a very tough match against Beer Sheva at Turner Stadium and we want to win so we can on break with a good feeling. As for next season, we can talk about that then.”
