Maccabi Tel Aviv and Ashdod SC reached an agreement for the sale of 24-year-old forward, Sagiv Yehezkel. “Everyone at Maccabi would like to thank Sagiv for his contribution to the club and wish him the best of luck for the future”.
Yehezkel, returned to Maccabi in September 2016 and appeared in the Toto Cup, State Cup, League and Europa League. A season later, Yehezkel scored his only goal in Yellow & Blue during a Toto Cup match to complete a record of 1 goal in 17 appearances in all competitions. Yehezkel was loaned to Ironi Kiryat Shmona, Bnei Yehuda and Ashdod the club he helped avoid relegation before completing the transfer on a permanent basis.
