Chief Operating Officer Sharon Tammam spoke about the process in founding the fan club: “Over the past few years, we have conducted many research groups to understand what elements our fans wanted to see and that what strengthens the connection between us. We examined and researched 18 of the world’s biggest fan clubs. We also met with experts in the field of European Football fan clubs. As a result of these meetings, the FOREVER fan club was born whose purpose is to strengthen and upgrade the relationship between the fans and the club.
