Eduardo Geurrero experienced an eventful night at Bloomfield stadium. The 21-year-old Panamanian scored a spectacular wonder goal in the 84th minute to lead Maccabi to a crucial 3-1 victory over Maccabi Petah Tikva at Bloomfield stadium. Guerrero’s ability on the night earned him the FACTORY 54 Man Of The Match award before giving his angle to the proceedings. “I would like to, first and foremost, thank god” Guerrero said. “This match was like a cup final for us. Only if we stick together we could win and achieve our goal”.
When asked if this was a championship winning goal, Guerrero replied: “No, this was a goal that only won us a single match. Every day and in every training session we give our best in order to reach the place we would like to be in”.
