After two weeks of pre-season training, Maccabi Tel Aviv stepped-up a gear. Patrick van Leeuwen’s players landed this morning (Sunday) in Holland where they will hold a pres-season training camp near Venlo.

During their 11-days at the training camp, Maccabi will hold several practice matches before returning to Israel to prepare for the first leg of the Conference League 2nd qualifying round.
The first opposition Maccabi will face in pre-season will be second division Dutch side NAC Breda on July 10th (Tegelen, 17:30 local time). Three days later, on July 13th Maccabi would line-up against SC Heerenveen (SDC Putten 18:30 local time) that finished 12th in last season’s Eredivisie table.
