Rikan, who made his first league start this season at Teddy stadium, said after the match at Teddy: “It was very important for us to win today, we spoke about the points we dropped against Ness Ziona and the smart thing was to react and today we reacted well” Rikan said.
The 34-year-old midfielder still reflected on Saturday’s match agaisnt Ness Ziona as he added: “We reached plenty of chances against Ness Ziona as well as today. When you give a 100% and do things the way you should do them, then eventually that goal will also go in. We reached the same number of chances maybe slightly less than Ness Ziona. This game wasn’t that different but we were better at converting our chances better. We were serious from the first moment, we did things the way we had to, we prepared well and deserved the victory”.
