Maccabi Tel Aviv continues to closely embrace the wounded warriors from the Swords of Iron war. During the weekend, the Maccabi Tel Aviv FC Foundation together with Miri Balbul – Head of the academy for home styling and design school ‘Sculla’, threw a housewarming event for Dvir Dangur.
The 25-year-old Maccabi fan who was injured in Gaza last December as his Paratroopers elite unit was hit by an explosive device that ripped through the lower part of his body and is undergoing physical rehabilitation, moved to a new rented flat. The Maccabi Foundation and Sculla helped design the interior to fit his disability needs. Maccabi’s sponsor Pizza Prego supplied the catering for the event. Watch\
